Subject:
Corrected Conditions of Approval for Dutra Tentative Subdivision Map Extension, SDJ-21-57

Recommendation:
title
Adopt a resolution correcting the Conditions of Approval adopted with the three-year extension for the approved Dutra Tentative Subdivision Map, SDJ-21-57

body
Background:
On March 17, 2026, the Manteca City Council approved a three-year extension for the approved Tentative Subdivision Map for the Dutra Tentative Subdivision Map, a 197-unit single-family residential subdivision located on three parcels. The extension specified "No revisions to the Project scope, previously approved Tentative Map Plan Set dated February 16, 2022, or the previously approved Conditions of Approval other than the extension of the entitlement expiration date are proposed." Resolution R2026-39 was passed, approving the three-year extension for the Tentative Subdivision Map, subject to Project Conditions of Approval. Due to a clerical error, an erroneous draft set of project Conditions of Approval were inadvertently attached to the agenda item documents and were approved with the action taken on March 17, 2026.

This City Council action proposes to adopt a Resolution with recitals correcting the Conditions of Approval for the three-year extension approved for the Dutra Tentative Subdivision Map, SDJ-21-57, from the set erroneously attached to the March 17, 2026 agenda documents, to the set originally used at the initial project approval, modified to reflect the new expiration date as approved by the action taken by City Council on March 17, 2026. No other project changes are required or being requested.

CEQA Determination:
A Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) was adopted for the Project on October 18, 2022 (SCH 2022070148). This action does not require further env...
