Waive the second reading by substitution of the title and adopt an Ordinance repealing Manteca Municipal Code Section 13.16.011 “Industrial Sewer Service Charge for Eckert Cold Storage”.

Background:
The City Council waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of December 2, 2025. If approved this ordinance will be effective thirty (30) days following adoption.
Fiscal Impact:
There are no costs associated with repealing MMC Section 13.16.011.
