Background:

On June 4, 2019, the City Council conditionally approved the Griffin Park Tentative Subdivision Map. The map proposed to subdivide approximately 300 acres of land into 1,301 residential lots, 5 acres of Commercial Mixed-Use land, 6 acres of Open Space and 20 acres of Park land.

The Griffin Park Unit No. 10 Final Map will create 82 of the approved residential lots and install improvements valued at approximately $10,380,654.50.

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. Once the improvements are accepted by the City, the maintenance of the infrastructure will be the City’s responsibility, which will be funded through the development’s participation in a community facilities district or other funding mechanism.
