title

Adopt a resolution approving the annual reports for the city’s special maintenance assessment districts for Fiscal Year 2026-27; adopt a resolution declaring its intention to levy and collect assessments within the city’s special maintenance assessment districts for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and setting a public hearing for June 16 on the levy of the proposed assessments for the City’s Benefit Assessment Districts and Landscape Maintenance Districts.

body

Background:

The attached resolution declares the City’s intent to levy annual assessments and approve the FY 2026-27 Engineer’s Report for its Assessment Districts and sets a public hearing for June 16, 2026. These special districts fund enhanced improvements, such as landscaping and drainage, beyond standard City requirements, with costs covered by property owners who were informed of the districts before purchasing their homes.

Fiscal Impact:

This action has no immediate fiscal impact. Future assessments, based on the Annual Engineer’s Report, will fund maintenance, public improvements, utilities, and administration benefiting each district.
