Background:

As a Condition of Approval for the Machado Ranch Subdivision, the developer must install frontage improvements and relocate existing utility poles along the west side of S. Airport Way from 1559 S. Airport Way to 2107 W. Woodward Avenue. To facilitate the work, the developer needed to acquire right-of-way from the owner of 1591 S. Airport Way.

 

The developer has worked with the owner of the affected property to acquire the needed dedication for installation of the frontage improvements and relocation of the existing utility poles.

 

With this action City Council will accept the dedication from Lupe Q. Razo, which will accommodate the required work along the frontage of 1591 S. Airport Way.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
