Appoint a Chair and Vice Chair to serve for the calendar year of 2027.

Background:
The Citizens Oversight Committee will need to nominate and vote for a new Chair and Vice Chair for the Committee. It is requested that the Committee first nominate and then vote a member of the Committee into the Chair position. The Committee member elected for the Chair position will fill the position for the 2027 calendar year. After the Chair is elected, it is requested that the Committee nominate and then vote a member of the Committee into the Vice Chair position. The Committee member elected for the Vice Chair position will fill the position for the 2027 calendar year.
