Receive a presentation, conduct a public hearing, and adopt a resolution adopting the Annual Budget for the City of Manteca for Fiscal Year 2024-25.

Background:
The budget adoption process includes a budget study session and public hearing. On June 4, 2024, the City Council received a presentation of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Budget during a budget study session open to the public. Council asked questions and provided additional guidance for staff. The revised budget below reflects any applicable changes directed by Council
