Adopt a resolution acknowledging an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for an approximately 3.45 acres located on a portion of 1529 S. Union Road (APN 226-160-05) to be used for park and storm drain purposes, in fee title, from Bianchi Ranch Partners, LLC.

Background:
The City received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication from Bianchi Ranch Partners along Atherton Drive. The site will be used as a future City park and storm drain basin; the improvements for the park and basin are currently being installed. Once the improvements are complete, the City will accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
