title

Adopt a resolution accepting the CenterPoint Water Circulation Pump improvements and Irrigation Well Improvements; and accepting a Grant of Easement over the Water Circulation Pump and a Grant of Easement over the Irrigation Well that serves landscaping in the public right of way.

body

Background:

The CenterPoint Intermodal Center Water Circulation Pump and Irrigation Well Improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and adopted City Standards.

In addition to accepting the improvements, CenterPoint Properties has executed a Grant of Easement to the benefit of the City for the Water Circulation Pump and the Irrigation Well, which provides irrigation water to the City’s streetscape improvements that were installed with the CenterPoint Offsite Improvements. Both installations are on CenterPoint Properties Trust’s private property; so, the easements will allow the City to access and maintain both facilities. The easements abut the City’s N. Airport Way right-of-way, which allows for access to the easements.

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
