Adopt a resolution accepting an Easement and approving a Maintenance Agreement for On-site Stormwater Facilities with CenterPoint Properties Trust to maintain the storm drain basin and associated pump station at 2952 Intermodal Way.

Background:
In compliance with Section 13.28.070(D) of the Manteca Municipal Code and the Conditions of Approval for the Northwest Airport Way Master Plan, the developer is entering into an agreement to maintain its on-site stormwater facilities. The agreement also grants to the City an easement on which City personnel may enter the site to inspect and maintain the stormwater system.
This agreement has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
