Background:
The Sundance, Unit No. 3, Tract No. 3885 (see Attachment 2, Vicinity Map) public improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and adopted City Standards. Refer to the attached memorandum from the City Construction Inspector (Attachment 3).

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
