Background:
The City received a request from the League of California Cities to prepare a letter of Support for SB 54 (Allen) addressing California Circular Economy and Plastic
& AB 1080 (Gonzalez) addressing Pollution Reduction Act. These letters of support are consistent with the League of California Cities platform.
