Background:
The City received a request from the League of California Cities to prepare a letter of support for AB 1732 (Flora and McGuire) authorizing the Successor Agency to the Manteca Redevelopment Agency to dispose of local property for less than market value to a nonprofit organization. These letters of support are consistent with the League of California Cities platform.
