Background:
South San Joaquin Irrigation District (SSJID) will present their case for the city’s support on their decade’s long effort to provide retail electric service to the community.
Attached is a draft letter reflecting versions for the Governor, as well as our state legislators and County Board of Supervisor. SSJID is requesting the Mayor execute the final form of these letters of support.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of the support letters has no fiscal impact.
