PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This Site Plan and Design Review Application is for a 42-unit senior affordable housing apartment project on a .22-acre site. The proposed project will include one-bedroom apartments within a single, five-story structure. The development will also include a first-floor commercial retail space, tuck-under parking, an elevator, common community spaces, and additional off-site parking spaces.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

The project is determined to be categorically exempt from the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Article 19, 15332, Class 32, “In-Fill Development Projects.”
