Background:

On September 7, 2023, the Parcel Map at 205 S. Pacific Road was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission.  The Parcel Map is located approximately 450 feet south of Yosemite Avenue. (APN 222-39-005).

 

At this time, the owner is seeking to subdivide a site consisting of 0.36 acres into three (3) parcels ranging in size from 0.11 acres to 0.13 acres.  There is no development proposal at this time.

 

In accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Parcel Map, the owners are offering for dedication a five-foot (5’) right-of-way and a ten foot (10’) wide public utility easement along the South Pacific Road frontage of the Parcel Map.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact with approval of this parcel map.
